Position: General Insurance Account Servicing / Customer Service

Location: Chinatown (About 8 minutes’ walk from MRT)

Working Hours: 5 days, office hours - 1 day WFH per week

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to S$4,400 Monthly Basic Salary + 7 days annual leave

Duration: 8 months contract to cover maternity leave

Important Notes: This is not an Insurance Agent role This is an Account Servicing / Customer Service position within an insurance solutions company No sales target Ex-Insurance Agents are welcome to apply Established company in Singapore with a strong client base Company handles mainly office and motor insurance Job Responsibilities: Manage and service an assigned portfolio of general insurance clients.

Provide responsive administrative and customer-service support for general insurance matters.

Assist clients with policy servicing, renewals, documentation and general enquiries.

Build strong relationships with clients and provide appropriate insurance-related support.

Coordinate with insurers and internal teams on policy and servicing matters where required.

Participate in discussions to improve internal processes and service delivery.

Support general administrative and operational duties as required.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of working experience in the insurance industry.

Certificate of General Insurance (CGI) / Certification on Health Insurance is required.
