Business Development Executive (Education / Student Enrolment)

Position: Business Development Executive (Education / Student Enrolment) Location : Bukit Merah (nearby Redhill MRT) Working Hours: 5 days per week,Weekdays: 10.00am to 7.00pm, Weekends: 9.00am to 5.00pm Rest Days: Alternate weekend off + 1 weekday off Salary (commensurate on experience) : Up to $4500 basic + Bonus Duration Permanent Industry: Sports / Rhythmic Gymnastics

Main Responsibilities Drive student enrolment and revenue for programmes, camps, events and services. Follow up on enquiries and leads to support conversion and enrolment targets. Work with marketing and customer service teams on lead conversion and client retention. Build and maintain partnerships with schools, companies, community organisations and other external stakeholders. Support outreach activities, events and roadshows to generate new business opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with parents, students and partners. Identify opportunities for renewals, programme upgrades and additional services. Track leads, enrolments and sales activities and prepare basic performance reports. Prepare proposals, quotations and partnership documentation. Support other business development and sales activities as assigned.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related discipline. At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, customer relationship management or related work . Experience in education, enrichment, training or student enrolment will be advantageous. Proven ability to follow up leads and convert enquiries into sales or enrolments. Good communication, presentation and relationship-management skills. Comfortable engaging parents, students and external partners. Able to support outreach events and weekend operations when required. Able to work the stated schedule with Friday and Saturday as rest days.
