Job Scope: Identify and acquire new SME clients with financing need

Promote and advise on caveat loans and secured business lending solution

Assess clients’ financial situations and propose suitable loan structure

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationship

Work closely with internal credit and operations team to facilitate approvals and disbursement

Ensure smooth onboarding and provide a positive client experience

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets 

Requirements: Prior experience in SME Loan / Property / Insurance Sales

Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working towards targets

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to source leads and build own client network
