Job summary

As a retail sales representative / sleep consultant, you will maximize revenue by delivering a consultative experience for premium mattress products. The role involves educating customers on Sealy's sleep health technologies, such as the Posturepedic and Crown Jewels collections, to ensure high customer satisfaction and sales target achievement.

Key responsibilities

Consultative sales: Greet customers, analyze sleep habits, and provide tailored product recommendations.

Product education: Explain the benefits of specific mattress technologies and the 100-night trial.

Operations & logistics: Process sales through the POS system and coordinate product deliveries.

Showroom excellence: Maintain a clean, inviting, and fully staged premium gallery.

Requirements

Experience: 4 - 5 years of background in high-end retail, furniture, or consultative sales.

Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Languages: Fluency in Arabic and professional English proficiency.

Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and high-traffic periods.

Sex: Male / Female

Age: 25 to 35 years old

Nationality: Saudi, Lebanese, or Yemeni
