ICT Executive (Farrer Park)

📢 ICT Executive x1 💰 Salary: $3,800–$4,500/month 📅 Contract Duration: 1 year 🗓️ Contract Period: January 2027 – December 2027 ⏰ Working Hours: 42 hours per week 📆 Working Days: Monday to Friday 🎓 Job Requirements Diploma in ICT or a related qualification.

Minimum 5 years of relevant ICT experience.

Experience in MOE schools is preferred.

Strong knowledge of end-user devices, networks, servers, audio-visual systems and telecommunications.

Experience in ICT procurement, vendor management or project management is an advantage.

Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

📋 Job Responsibilities Provide day-to-day ICT technical support to staff and users.

Manage user accounts, Active Directory, devices, printers, Wi-Fi, VPN, mobile devices and other IT systems.

Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain IT hardware and software.

Manage ICT assets, inventory, licences and equipment loan records.

Support video conferencing, webinars, school events and audio-visual requirements.

Assist with ICT procurement, quotations, tenders, vendor coordination and project activities.

Maintain and update the website and support basic multimedia and video production and editing.

Provide user training, technical guidance and timely resolution of ICT issues.

Maintain accurate records of support requests and technical incidents.
