Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technology – Public Sector Exposure)

Join an in-house Talent Acquisition team supporting technology hiring within the public sector. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner directly with hiring stakeholders and build strong talent pipelines for specialised technology positions.

• Renewable contract (6 mths - 12 mths)
• Monday to Friday, office hours (Hybrid)
• Location: Pasir Panjang
• Salary up to $6,500 per month + AL + Medical Coverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and pre-onboarding.
• Recruit for technology roles across software engineering, data, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, product and project management.
• Work closely with hiring stakeholders to understand manpower needs, technical requirements and preferred candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, recruitment events and other channels.
• Screen candidates and prepare suitable profiles for hiring stakeholders’ review.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks and other selection activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialised and hard-to-fill technology roles.
• Provide market insights on candidate availability, salary expectations and hiring trends.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably covering tech roles.
