Join an established aerospace manufacturing organisation and contribute to process development, implementation and continuous improvement. Salary & Working Hours Up to S$6,000 per month

Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm

Key Responsibilities Develop, implement and validate manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery and lead-time requirements. Provide technical support to production teams, investigate process issues and implement corrective actions to improve manufacturing performance. Analyse production data, evaluate process capability and identify opportunities to reduce defects, improve efficiency and introduce new technologies or digital tools. Plan and coordinate process improvement projects, managing schedules, resources, costs and risks while keeping stakeholders informed. Maintain process controls and technical documentation, ensure compliance with applicable standards, and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to share best practices. Requirements Degree in Engineering or related 3–5 years of relevant experience in process engineering and process implementation. Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems and relevant engineering software tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving and project coordination skills. Able to work collaboratively with production teams, technical specialists and suppliers.
