GOVT* HR Executive (Up to $4k / City Hall)

Are you interested in improving HR processes and creating a better employee experience?  Join a public-sector HR team where you will support HR operations, digitalisation, employer branding, policy reviews and employee-engagement initiatives.  Job Highlights: Salary: $4,000–$4,200 per month 12-month contract (Subject for extension)  Monday to Friday, office hours Centrally located near City Hall MRT Exposure to public-sector HR operations and projects Key Responsibilities: Support and improve employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR workflows. Support the digitalisation of personnel records, staff welfare processes and other HR operations. Develop content for LinkedIn and maintain the organisation’s LinkedIn pages. Support employer-branding and employee communications. Review and update HR policies and guidelines to ensure they remain relevant and practical. Coordinate employee-engagement and recognition activities, including award ceremonies, promotion ceremonies and corporate events. Requirements: Degree holder in any discipline. Min 1 year of relevant experience.  Experience in HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement or employer branding is preferred.
