Salary: Up to $3,200 per month Duration: 1-year

Job Scopes:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Case Executive to support case management, customer enquiries and administrative operations. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in customer service, case management, HR administration or operations .

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned cases and respond to enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
• Handle enquiries relating to employee/service benefits, schemes, policies and administrative matters .
• Manage cases from initial enquiry through resolution while meeting required service standards and timelines.
• Support administration of benefits, retention schemes, contract extensions and related processes .
• Review and maintain accurate employee records and rectify discrepancies in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve system, data and entitlement-related issues .
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Assist with appeals and exception/deviation cases , including preparation of supporting information.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex cases where required.
• Ensure all cases are handled in accordance with relevant internal policies, procedures and service standards .
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and contribute towards team KPIs and service quality targets.

Requirements

• Singaporean (s) only.
• Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
