- Role Overview
- We are looking for a highly execution-focused Onboarding Operations Associate to ensure the seamless and timely onboarding of students into group classes.
- The role focuses on managing student allocations, improving group efficiency, minimising onboarding delays and resolving operational issues in real time. This position sits at the intersection of Operations, Data and Student Success, supporting students in the Indonesia market.
- Key Responsibilities
- Student Onboarding & Allocation
- Ensure timely onboarding of students into relevant group classes with minimal turnaround time.
- Manage student-to-batch allocation to maintain optimal group size and utilisation.
- Support onboarding activities for students in the Indonesia market.
- Group Efficiency & KPI Management
- Monitor batch efficiency, including fill rates, scheduling alignment and drop-offs.
- Continuously optimise group structures to improve utilisation and learning outcomes.
- Operational Execution
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Scheduling and Academy to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Track onboarding pipelines and ensure there are no unnecessary delays or process gaps.
- Problem Solving & Escalation Handling
- Identify gaps in onboarding or batch formation and proactively resolve them.
- Handle cases such as rescheduling, mismatched information and student drop-offs with quick decision-making.
- Data Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain and analyse onboarding, batch efficiency and utilisation data using Google Sheets/Excel.
- Build and maintain trackers and dashboards to improve visibility and support decision-making.

- High ownership and strong execution mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills for cross-team coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Operations, Onboarding or Scheduling is preferred.
- Previous EdTech experience is an advantage.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Onboarding TAT: Time from payment to first class scheduled.
- Batch Fill Rate: Group efficiency and utilisation percentage.
- Gap Reduction: Reduction of scheduling and onboarding gaps.
- Resolution TAT: Turnaround time for resolving operational issues.
