Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to take overall responsibility for Finance, Controlling and IT in a well-established manufacturing company that is part of a large international group.

In this key position, you will act as a close sparring partner to SBS General Manager and play an important role in supporting operational and strategic decision-making across the business. You will report hierarchically to SBS General Manager and functionally to Chief Administration and Finance Officer of Brembo Group. You will lead a small team of three employees in Accounting and Controlling departments and one employee in IT department and work closely with production and operations to ensure strong financial performance, cost optimization and high-quality reporting.

Your key responsibilities

Overall responsibility for Finance, Controlling and IT

Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting in accordance with IFRS and corporate guidelines

Prepare statutory accounts, financial statements and management reporting

Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes

Act as a trusted business partner to Management and Operations

Support and challenge the organization through strong production controlling and cost optimization initiatives

Ensure compliance with local financial, tax and corporate regulations

Optimize financial processes, controls and reporting structures

Collaborate closely with production regarding product costing, inventory control and operational performance

Lead and develop a small team within Finance, IT and Controlling

Your profile

Solid experience from a Finance leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment

Strong competencies within controlling, financial management and business partnering

Hands-on approach combined with strategic mindset

Strong IFRS knowledge and experience with international reporting standards

Preferably an educational background within auditing/accountancy

Experience working in an international group matrix structure

Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Proactive, driven and able to create structure and improvements

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization

Leadership experience managing smaller teams
