About the role Manage daily HR operations and employee matters, leading and supervising the HR team to ensure smooth operations. Lead, supervise, and guide the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations

Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of HR team members

Handle recruitment and hiring of staff

Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations

Review and monitor monthly payroll, overtime, leave, and allowances

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and termination

Ensure compliance with Singapore employment and manpower requirements

Coordinate with MOM and other relevant authorities when required

About you Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry

Experience handling foreign workers and work passes

Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team

Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Able to work independently and handle confidential information

Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll/HR systems
