About the Role Do you enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and helping keep a busy operation running smoothly? As a Runner Daily Worker , you will support our service and operations teams by making sure food, beverages, equipment, and other essential items are delivered quickly and accurately to where they are needed. Your support will help the team maintain an efficient service flow and create a seamless experience for our guests at Zumana. This is a hands-on opportunity to experience the fast pace of hospitality operations, work closely with different teams, and develop your communication, teamwork, and time-management skills. What You’ll Be Doing You will assist with delivering food, beverages, equipment, and other items between the kitchen, bar, service areas, and designated stations. Throughout the shift, you will help ensure that orders and supplies reach the correct areas accurately and efficiently. You will also assist with clearing and resetting service areas, collecting used plates and glassware, restocking essential service supplies, maintaining cleanliness around service areas, and supporting the team with other operational tasks when required. You will work closely with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and other team members to help maintain a smooth service flow. Because you will be working in busy service areas with guests, food, beverages, and equipment, following hygiene, safety, and operational procedures will be an important part of your role.
