Corporate Tax Associate

An excellent opportunity for a Corporate Tax Associate to join a highly regarded and well-established Corporate Tax team. The business works with a broad range of UK and international clients, providing commercially focused advice on complex and interesting tax matters. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll work closely with clients and other advisers and gain exposure to a varied caseload.

The role will include advising on:

• Corporate tax and M&A transactions * Tax structuring and business reorganisations * VAT and international tax * Tax disputes and clearances * Venture capital and share incentive schemes * Tax deeds, warranties and transaction support

We're looking for someone with:

• 2-5 years' post-qualification experience * Strong communication and client-facing skills * Excellent organisation and attention to detail * A commercial and pragmatic approach * The ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines * A collaborative approach, with the confidence to work independently

You'll also benefit from a flexible hybrid working approach, with the opportunity to work from home or another UK location for up to 50% of your time.
