Technical Operation

• Provide basic technical support and perform minor repairs and troubleshooting of production machinery.
• Set up machines and perform product or menu changeovers according to the production schedule.
• Perform machine cleaning and sanitation in accordance with hygiene, food safety, and cleaning procedures.
• Inspect machinery before production start-up and accurately complete the required inspection records.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, QA, and other relevant departments to minimize machine downtime and ensure smooth production operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications: Vocational Certificate or Higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field. At least 2 year of experience in machine operation, machine maintenance preferably in the food manufacturing. Experience in food production machinery, preventive maintenance, or machine changeover would be an advantage. Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, occupational health and safety, and food factory hygiene requirements would be an advantage. Able to work in rotating shifts, including day and night shifts.
