Assistant Finance Manager
Company Description Sarana Abadi Makmur Bersama Group is a distributor and logistics provider specializing in Modern Trade Channel. We carry a wide range of products, from consumer goods to household appliances, to support the strong presence and on-time deliveries of our principals in the Modern Trade Channel and E-Commerce platforms. Our company is located in Pulogadung, East Jakarta.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Assistant Manager. The Finance Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily finance operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and Treasury. The role will also involve monitoring financial transactions, analyzing financial data and reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial processes, and coordinating with internal departments and external parties to support the company's financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, with experience in a supervisory or senior role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Finance Operation & Treasury.
- Experienced in monitoring and reviewing daily finance transactions and financial reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good understanding of financial data.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting/finance systems or ERP is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and logical thinking.
- Result-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang.
