Brief description Team Leader Technical Service Maintenance

As Maintenance Team Leader, you will strengthen our maintenance team at our 24/5 production site in Veenendaal. You will lead a team of approximately eight breakdown technicians, some of whom work on a three-shift schedule and others on day shifts.

Together with your team, you ensure reliable and efficient technical support for our production processes. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to our ambitious growth objective: SanoRice Netherlands aims to double the factory's production capacity in the coming years.

You are part of the Technical Service team, which includes a maintenance engineer, technical buyer, planner & work preparer, facility coordinator, project engineer, and two team leaders. Each team leader has their own area of responsibility within the machinery. Together, you work on developing your team's skills, ensuring stable staffing, and guaranteeing production continuity.

What do we offer you?

You will receive a salary between €5,500 and €6,200 gross per month (based on 40 hours), commensurate with your experience. In addition, we offer ample opportunities for development through training, courses, and education, a permanent contract, 25 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance, and a pension scheme where SanoRice pays two-thirds of the premium.
