Senior Architect

As our new Architect, you will lead and contribute to the design and development of high-end luxury villa projects. You will be involved from concept through construction, ensuring that all architectural designs meet legal requirements, client expectations, and the company’s standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design villas and resorts from Concept Design to fully developed plans.
2. Create unique, aesthetically pleasing designs that harmonize with the natural context.
3. Develop architectural drawings for actual construction.
4. Collaborate closely with interior design, engineering, and construction teams.
5. BOQ creation according to project plans and models.
6. Possess a good understanding of basic structures and material selection.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. At least 8 years of architectural design experience. Must hold a valid Architectural License. Strong Design Sense with an emphasis on beautiful, character-rich aesthetics. Prior experience in Villa / Resort / Hospitality projects is highly preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D design software. Basic English communication skills. Ability to develop concepts into working construction drawings with a solid grasp of basic structural principles. Highly responsible with strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Able to relocate and work on-site at Koh Phangan.
