Business Control Supervisor

1. Performs the review and analysis of San Miguel Thailand (SMBT) operations proposals (i.e., new policies and procedures, write-offs, other projects with internal control implications).

1. Reviewing and assisting in drafting business contracts, and communicating with the team and other stakeholders regarding legal requirements.

1. Identifies areas in the operations where there are gaps or insufficiencies of appropriate policies, systems and procedures. Designs and proposes for approval the policies, systems and procedures that may be applied to SMBT and assists in the implementation of approved policies, systems and procedures.

1. Identifying and reporting on risks and recommending corrective actions :

a. Develops realistic, reasonable, and attainable performance standards to be the basis in measuring and evaluating actual performance.

b. Records and monitors actual performance against standards, to measure and to determine its progress or results.

c. Analyzes and interprets progress and results of performance. Explains the causes of variances and determines if they are within the allowable limits of tolerance.

1. Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

1. Maintaining records and documentation.

Qualifications: Female ,Male 25 - 40 Years Old, Thai nationality. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and they have knowledge of law. At least with five (5) years internal/External Audit experience in risk management Understanding of accounting principles and procedures. Understanding of risk management and internal controls. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
