We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Aankomend Monteur (Junior HVAC Technician) to join our technical installation team. In this role, you will work side-by-side with experienced engineers, learning the ins and outs of installing, maintaining, and repairing modern air conditioning and climate control systems . This is an entry-level position designed for someone who loves practical, physical work and wants to build a stable, long-term career in a high-demand industry. You don't need to know everything on day one—we will provide the training, mentorship, and tools you need to succeed and progress quickly.

What You Bring to the Table:

Technical Aptitude : A strong interest in mechanics, electronics, or technical installations. Basic knowledge from a technical school (MBO) or DIY hobby experience is a major plus.

Eagerness to Learn : A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to learn the HVAC trade and obtain professional certifications (like F-gas certification).

Physical Stamina : Ability to handle physical work, including lifting equipment, working with hand tools, and occasionally working at heights or in tight spaces.

Language Skills : Professional proficiency in English (for team communication) and at least basic/conversational Dutch (as you will be interacting with local clients and reading technical manuals).

Driver's License : A valid category B driver’s license (or currently working towards getting it) to travel to various project sites.

Team Spirit : A reliable, punctual, and customer-friendly mindset, as you will be representing our company in residential and commercial spaces.
