HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIRCONDITION ENGINEER

Prepare and review HVAC designs, plans, layouts, and technical documents. Conduct HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, and quantity take-offs. Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, material specifications, and technical proposals. Coordinate with Project Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, CAD personnel, subcontractors, and other disciplines. Monitor HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable standards. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents. Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues. Prepare progress reports, technical reports, and other project documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Licensed Mechanical Engineer is preferred. At least 2–5 years of experience in HVAC design, construction, or project engineering. Knowledgeable in HVAC systems, equipment, installation, testing, and commissioning. Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of HVAC design software is an advantage. Strong skills in technical documentation, estimation, and project coordination. Willing to conduct site visits and work on project assignments. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
