Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and expand relationships with corporate organizations, government agencies, fleet operators, dealerships, and other key clients. Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets. Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, contract documentation, payment follow-up, vehicle delivery, and after-sales support. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and business presentations to prospective clients. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Inventory, and After-Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts, account reports, and business updates. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and approved sales processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline. Minimum of 8–12 years' experience in Key Account Management, Corporate Sales, Fleet Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales within the automobile industry. Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets. Strong business development, negotiation, presentation, and account management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience using CRM systems is an added advantage.
