Job Role Overview

We are seeking a tech-savvy and meticulous Association and Digital Marketing Executive to join our Office Management Team. The role will support SAAA’s digital platforms, communications, member engagement and event marketing, including website and CRM administration, EDMs, digital content and campaign support.

The successful candidate will work closely with the team to support digital outreach and day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring that our online channels and member-facing communications are accurate, timely and up to date. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is organized, digitally proficient and comfortable working across multiple platforms, with an interest in digital marketing, member engagement and events administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration and updating of content across SAAA’s website, CRM/member portal, social media and other digital channels.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing EDMs, newsletters and digital content to support member engagement, industry outreach, training programmes and events.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date member and contact database information, including segmentation for digital communications.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns and event communications, including invitations, registrations and post-event publicity, and assist in tracking engagement and campaign performance.
  • Support exhibitions, networking events and other SAAA activities, including related marketing and administrative tasks.
  • Perform other marketing, communications and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, communications, content management or a related field is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong interest in marketing and communications are welcome to apply.
  • Good digital literacy and ability to work across multiple online platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision when required.
  • A good team player with a positive and cooperative attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital tools, systems and platforms.

Working Location & Salary

Working Location: East - Changi Airfreight Centre Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Salary Package: From $2,500 per month + AWS + Variable Bonus
