In this role, you support the Retail operation within the Venlo distribution centre:

• Coordination of workforce administration for the Retail team
• Management of HR‑related processes, including onboarding and offboarding
• Administration of workwear and updates for internal info screens
• Coordination of temporary staff and workforce allocation
• Absence reporting and maintaining accurate employee records
• Daily administration of Quinyx, including scheduling, time approval and employee setup
• Support of payroll processes and handling ad hoc payroll tasks
• Guidance to employees on payroll, absence, holidays and company policies
