Job Description:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for overseas and bulk hiring campaigns across Asia, Africa, and other international locations.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for technical, operational, and professional positions.
• Coordinate expatriate recruitment activities, including international sourcing strategies and candidate pipeline management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and project timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in high-volume overseas recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring talent across Asia and Africa.
• Highly organized, proactive, energetic, and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to EU/CIS nationals.
