About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.
Job Description:
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups. Create and update sales orders, quotations, and invoices in the system
- Communicate with customers for order confirmations and updates. Track order status and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatches. Maintain and update customer data and sales records
- Assist in preparing sales reports and basic documentation
Qualifications:
- Filipino, Female, aged 35 years and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics& Supply Chain, Business Administration, E-commerce Administration, Accounting; or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in warehouse or logistics
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage, with strong proficiency in Excel formulas required.
