About the Client: A high-end casual dining restaurant, based in Dubai
Job Description:
- Prepare and bake high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts in large volumes for the central kitchen.
- Follow recipes carefully to ensure all look and taste exactly like the brand standards.
- Monitor ingredient levels, manages daily kitchen stock, and reduces food waste to control costs.
- Maintain strict cleanliness in the pastry section according to Dubai food safety and HACCP regulations.
Qualifications:
- Male, Asian nationals, aged 36 and below
- Good understanding of doughs, creams, and decorating.
- Strong attention to detail in plating and aesthetics.
- Relevant pastry certification or culinary degree.
