Job Description:
- Coordinate quotations internally and send them out to clients.
- Send marine supplies reports to management.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, contracts, and operational reports.
- Handle documentation and compliance on records keeping (invoices, import/export, supplier certifications, and receipts).
- Female Asian nationals, aged 35 and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in the similar role within marine services and supplies or shipping logistics industry.
- With strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
