About the Client: A dynamic and growing professional services firm based in the UAE, providing specialized legal and business solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients.

Job Description:

• Conduct legal consultations, assess civil, commercial, labor, and RDC disputes, and provide practical legal advice and case assessments.
• Develop and explain litigation strategies, legal procedures, timelines, risks, and potential outcomes to clients with clarity and professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, converting consultations into retained engagements through effective communication and legal expertise.
• Coordinate with the litigation team to ensure seamless case handover and deliver exceptional client service throughout the engagement process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) with proven UAE litigation experience handling Civil, Commercial, Labour, and RDC (Rental Disputes Center) matters.
• Strong knowledge of UAE court procedures, litigation strategy, legal drafting, case preparation, and dispute resolution processes.
• Previous experience in a client-facing legal role, with the ability to conduct consultations, assess legal matters, and provide clear, practical legal advice.
• Excellent client consultation, legal advisory, and relationship management skills.
