About the Client: A dynamic and fast-growing technology organization that serves as the central IT hub for a diversified group of companies in Dubai.
Job Description:
- ABC Provide end-user IT support, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server issues across multiple business units.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade IT infrastructure including servers, CCTV, Wi-Fi, networking equipment, cloud environments, and security systems.
- Manage IT assets, vendor coordination, documentation, procurement, and ensure compliance with IT policies and SOPs.
- Support Microsoft and Apple environments, cloud technologies, cybersecurity tools, VPNs, firewalls, and daily IT operations while delivering excellent user support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Min 2 years of UAE experience in IT support or IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS, networking, hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, CCTV, Wi-Fi, VPN, servers, and firewalls.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, cloud technologies, helpdesk support, and vendor coordination; with strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
