Job Description:
- Continuously monitor pool and beach areas, enforce safety rules, assess weather/sea conditions, and identify potential hazards to ensure guest safety.
- Respond immediately to emergencies, performing water rescue, First Aid and CPR and coordinating with relevant hotel departments when required.
- Conduct routine inspections of pool/beach areas and lifesaving and safety equipment, reporting hazards, defects, or maintenance requirements.
- Provide professional guest assistance while maintaining high hospitality standards, and complete required incident, inspection and safety records accurately.
- Valid Lifeguard Certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lifeguard, preferably in a hotel, resort, or beach environment.
- Strong swimming and water-rescue capability with good physical fitness and alertness.
- Good English communication and guest-service skills, with the ability to respond calmly and quickly during emergencies
