Job Description:

• Ensure ongoing compliance with Free Zone authority regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and applicable UAE laws.
• Review and monitor company activities, licenses, and regulatory filings to ensure timely renewals and submissions
• Conduct compliance checks, risk assessments, and internal reviews
• Identify potential regulatory breaches, control weaknesses and areas requiring further review and draft inspection findings and reports.
• Must be bachelor degree in compliance, business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years total experience in compliance within a Free Zone or regulated UAE environment.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to analyze documents and identify regulatory issues
