Project Manager (Design, Renovation & Interior Fit-Out)

The Designer / Project Manager will overseerenovation and interior fit-out projects from concept development throughcompletion. You will be responsible for, space planning, design development,project coordination, contractor management, on-site supervision to ensureprojects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest qualitystandards. Key Responsibilities ·       Develop design concepts, spaceplanning layouts, material selections, and client presentations. ·       Manage renovation and fit-outprojects from concept to completion. ·       Coordinate with suppliers,subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. ·       Conduct site measurements,inspections, and progress assessments. ·       Ensure works are executedaccording to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards. ·       Resolve site issues andcoordinate rectification works where necessary. Requirements ·       Diploma or Degree in InteriorDesign, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Services, or a relateddiscipline. ·       Class 2/3 license required(vehicle will be provided) ·       Proficiency in AutoCAD,SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or similar design software is a plus ·       Strong understanding ofrenovation processes, materials, and construction methodologies. ·       Excellent project management,communication, and problem-solving skills. ·       Ability to manage multipleprojects and stakeholders simultaneously. ·       Knowledge of workplace safetyand construction regulations is advantageous.
