ROOM ATTENDANT

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of guest rooms in accordance with the hotel's standards. This role plays a vital part in ensuring guest comfort by providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing amenities. Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, or missing items and report concerns to the supervisor. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and assist with luggage when needed. Restock housekeeping carts with linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities. Report and properly endorse all lost and found items. Follow hotel safety, security, and environmental policies and procedures. Work closely with the housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications/Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Housekeeping or Hospitality is an advantage . Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred but not required. Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks, lift housekeeping supplies, and stand or walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Honest, dependable, and trustworthy. Good communication and customer service skills. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
