PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

Determine production processes to be used

Obtain production specifications to identify resources required for production

Estimate resources required in accordance with production process and organisational procedures

Identify potential problems which may affect the availability of resources

Resolve resource supply or quality issues in accordance with organisational procedures

Record all resource data in accordance with organisational requirements

Implement and integrate environmental and resource efficiency improvement plans

Monitor the implementation of improvement plans to evaluate its effectivenes

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience working as a supervisor in a manufacturing sector

Candidates who have experience working in a precision engineering setting is preferred
