*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.

*Responsibilities*

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
• Participate in training new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and equipment usage.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cooking duties.

*Qualifications*

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• A passion for meal preparation and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
