SALES SUPERVISOR

Supervise daily sales activities and ensure smooth store operations. Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide regular coaching and feedback. Assist customers with product selection and ensure a high standard of customer service. Train new employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures. Monitor inventory, stock levels, product replenishment, and merchandise displays. Handle customer complaints, exchanges, and service issues in a professional manner. Prepare daily sales reports and communicate performance updates to the Store Manager. Assist with staff scheduling, task assignments, and maintaining team discipline. Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and store procedures.
