*ABOUT THE ROLE*

_Patient Experience_

• Greet patients and create a calm, welcoming first experience
• Check patients in and out, process payments, and keep patient records accurate
• Support our Treatment & Financial Coordinator so every patient feels looked after

_Lead Management_

• Follow up personally with new patient inquiries that need a human touch
• Answer patient questions, schedule appointments, and manage the inbox
• Work alongside our automated communication and AI tools to make sure no lead falls through the cracks

_Referral Relationships_

• Build and maintain relationships with our referral partners
• Visit referring offices, building relationships and keep them updated on their patients
• Contact referred patients quickly and track referral activity
• Help us grow our referral network over time

*WHAT YOU'LL NEED*

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable building relationships in person
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional presence
• Tech-savvy and comfortable picking up new software quickly
• Experience with AI or automation tools, or a genuine interest in learning them
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage follow-ups without reminders
• Dental office, patient coordination, or sales/relationship experience is a strong asset
• Familiarity with practice management software (Tracker for Dental is a plus)
• Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for referral office visits
• Motivated, eager to learn, and looking for long-term growth
• High school diploma required
