Specification Lead - Project Director Level | Central London

A household-name global leader and rapidly growing, well-established business, headquartered in London with 400+ people worldwide , is looking for a senior Specification Lead to shape and own their technical specification standards.

You'll lead the CAWS Uniclass 2015 transition, modernise NBS Chorus , develop master specifications and ensure technical documentation meets current UK regulations.

Key skills:

• NBS Chorus & Uniclass 2015
• Architectural & Interior specifications
• Building Regulations / Building Safety Act
• BIM / Revit / Golden Thread
• Strong UK industry experience
• MCIAT, RIBA or equivalent
