The Company

A well-established organization in the commodities trading industry is currently seeking a 6 months contract Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team.

The Role

The role will be responsible for preparing provisional and final priced invoices, ensuring accurate price calculations within the applicable pricing periods, and coordinating closely with the Operations team to ensure timely invoice issuance with all required supporting documentation. The position will also manage local GST filings and support corporate income tax matters, maintain audit-ready records for specialised tax and trade schemes, and work closely with Operations teams and related entities to ensure accurate month-end revenue cut-off and proper revenue recognition in accordance with applicable requirements.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should possess a Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification, with 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience. Proficiency in Xero accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required.
