My client is an established and growing recruitment business specialising in the Social Care sector. Due to continued success, they are looking to appoint an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their Essex office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven recruiter who has a strong background within agency Social Care recruitment and enjoys both winning new business and delivering exceptional candidates.

The Role

You will take ownership of your own desk, developing new business opportunities while building long term relationships with clients and candidates across the Social Care sector.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.
• Winning new clients and developing long term partnerships.
• Managing and growing an existing client portfolio.
• Recruiting temporary and permanent Social Care professionals.
• Interviewing, registering and placing candidates.
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
• Conducting client visits and business development meetings.
• Negotiating terms and securing exclusive recruitment agreements.
• Ensuring compliance with all industry and legislative requirements.
• Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue and activity targets.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous 360 agency recruitment experience within the Social Care sector is essential.

• A proven track record of winning new business and developing long term client relationships.
• Demonstrable success filling Social Care vacancies across temporary, permanent or contract recruitment.
• Strong business development and account management skills.
• Commercially driven with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Able to work independently and manage a busy recruitment desk.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential.
