Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Blue Collar Desk

Brentwood | Hybrid Working | Up to £40,000 + Uncapped Commission

This is not a cold desk or a rebuild project.

You will be taking over an established permanent blue-collar desk currently generating close to £200,000 in annual billings , with strong existing momentum and significant scope for further growth. The desk is already outperforming last year’s results, despite being only lightly worked, giving the successful consultant an excellent platform to make an immediate impact.

We are looking for an experienced Senior or Principal Consultant with a proven permanent recruitment background and the ability to bill at, or close to, the £200,000 level.

Package and working model

• Basic salary of up to £40,000
• No commission threshold at Principal level
• Highly competitive, uncapped commission structure
• Additional financial incentives for business development
• Three days per week in the Brentwood office
• Two days working from home
• Office located a five-minute walk from Brentwood Station
• Parking available nearby for approximately £6 per day
