Part Time Sales Promoter

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyse competitor pricing and promotions to ensure competitive positioning.

Engage with customers proactively to promote products and relevant promotions.

Observe and note traffic flow patterns within the store to optimize promotional strategies and product placement.

Encourage upselling and cross-selling to increase the average basket size per customer.

Build strong customer relationships to enhance customer experience and repeat business.

Maintain product knowledge to confidently explain features and benefits to customers.

Requirements:

Must be willing to work on both weekends (work 2 days per week only), 11AM - 8PM.

Independent and proactive individual.

Must be service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to handle both end-consumers and inter-departments.

Training and company uniform will be provided.
