Senior Enterprise Software Specialist

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline. Must have experience in Source-to-Pay or procurement solution delivery, with at least 1 year of hands-on Ivalua configuration experience. Valid Ivalua L3 certification — Ivalua Certified Functional Specialist or Ivalua Certified Technical Specialist. Strong knowledge of procurement processes: RFx, Contract Management, Supplier Onboarding, Procurement, and Invoicing. Experience delivering large-scale, high-availability solutions using Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM). Proven stakeholder engagement experience across requirements gathering, configuration, UAT, and go-live. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Genuine passion for public service and working for the public good. Knowledge of GCC, SHIP-HATS, and SGTS advantageous. Familiarity with public sector data protection regulations is advantageous.
