Brand Merchandise Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Business Management

•Own and manage brand performance in line with annual sales, margin, and growth targets •Develop brand strategies, seasonal plans, and go-to-market execution aligned with local market needs •Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets

1. Product & Assortment Strategy

•Plan OTB and seasonal assortment •Ensure product mix, pricing, and size curve are suitable for the Thai market •Identify best sellers, gaps, and slow-moving items to optimize performance

1. Store & Channel Execution

•Ensure strong brand execution across all channels (Showroom, Pop-up, Online) •Support store productivity improvement through VM, product focus, and stock readiness •Coordinate with operations and store teams for smooth launches and campaigns

1. Marketing & Brand Communication

•Work closely with Marketing team on brand campaigns, launches, and promotions •Coordinate brand activities including GWP, collaborations, and special projects •Ensure brand image and positioning are consistent with global guidelines

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

•Work closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing teams •Align with Principals on product, pricing, and brand direction •Provide regular performance updates and business insights

Qualifications: เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 30 - 40 ปี วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Brand / Merchandiser อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี (ถ้าเป็นK-Fashion จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) มีความเข้าใจเรื่องการบริหารสินค้า วางกลยุทธ์แบรนด์ (Brand Positioning, Brand Image, Brand Identity) มีทักษะด้านการวางแผนการตลาดและงบประมาณ (Marketing Plan & Budget Control) สามารถวิเคราะห์ยอดขาย และวางแผนการสั่งสินค้าได้ มีทักษะด้าน Excel หรือระบบ Inventory มีความเข้าใจเรื่องสินค้า, การจัดวางสินค้า และการบริหารสต๊อก สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ใน*ระดับดี* มีทัศคติเชิงบวก มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
