Senior Associate, Legal Services
We're looking for a Paralegal to join our in-house Legal team, supporting contract administration, legal operations, and intellectual property matters across a global organisation.
This role combines contract drafting and administration, approvals, execution, records management, and legal department support, alongside the management of the company's trademark and patent portfolio . You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external law firms to ensure legal and IP matters are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer contracts using approved templates
- Coordinate contract approvals, execution, and records management
- Manage legal documentation, invoices, and legal operations processes
- Support trademark and patent filings, renewals, watch notices, and enforcement matters
- Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders on legal and IP matters
Requirements
- Diploma in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or equivalent
- Experience in paralegal, legal operations, or contract administration roles
- Hands-on experience supporting trademarks and patents is required
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
