BUILDING MAINTENANCE MAN

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building system Diagnose and repair minor electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders from property custodian or tenants Maintain and repair doors, windows, locks, furniture, and fixtures Report major maintenance needs or hazards to the Property Custodian. Qualifications/Requirements: At least a High School Graduate With experience in construction, building maintenance, or related work Experienced in basic facilities repair and maintenance Knowledgeable in electrical works, plumbing, roofing, and carpentry Able to perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance Physically fit, hardworking, and dependable Willing to perform various maintenance tasks as needed
