The Opportunity End-to-end Quality Management across manufacturing, QA, QC, laboratories and supplier quality Food safety, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives Internal & external audits (ISO, HACCP, GMP and other international standards) Cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and R&D Quality support for new product launches, process improvements and manufacturing projects Coaching, mentoring and developing a high-performing Quality team We're Looking For Experience within FMCG food or beverage manufacturing Strong leadership experience managing QA/QC functions Deep expertise in food safety, quality systems, GMP, HACCP and ISO standards Experience leading audits, supplier quality and regulatory compliance A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders A passion for driving operational excellence and embedding a strong quality culture Only candidates who are Immediately should apply or on short notice (less than 1 month) need apply.
