Company Description Revele Creative Academy is the training arm of Revele Television & Films, a company that has been creating popular stories for Ghanaian audiences for over 25 years. Through a partnership with AUCC, the Academy brings real-world film and television industry experience directly into the classroom. Learners are exposed to filmmaking and production, acting and performance, creator conversations, and behind-the-scenes insights. The Academy focuses on practical film education designed to build skills for the next generation of African storytellers. Applicants join a creative community where they move from watching stories to learning how to create them.

Role Description As an Intern at Revele Creative Academy, you will support day-to-day activities related to film, television, and creative training programs. Responsibilities may include assisting instructors during classes and workshops, helping set up and organize equipment and learning materials, and providing logistical support for productions, rehearsals, and events. You will help with basic research, documentation, and content organization, and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth learning experience for participants. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra, requiring regular presence at the Academy’s facilities and a strong interest in film, storytelling, and creative arts education.

Qualifications

Basic organizational and administrative skills, including managing schedules, materials, and classroom or event setups. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work respectfully with instructors, learners, and staff. Comfort with using computers and common digital tools (e.g., word processing, presentations, online collaboration platforms). Ability to follow instructions, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced creative and educational environment. Reliable time management skills and availability for full-time, on-site work in Accra. Previous exposure to media, film, performing arts, or creative projects (academic, volunteer, or personal) is an advantage. Enrollment in or completion of a relevant program (media studies, communication, performing arts, film, or related fields) is beneficial but not required.
