PROJECT MANAGER – INDUSTRIAL / LOGISTICS DEVELOPMENT

We are looking for a structured, proactive Project Manager to lead the coordination of industrial / logistics development projects (warehouse / industrial park format) from early-stage planning through construction and pre-opening. 

This role is central to aligning all project participants — internal teams, consultants, contractors, and operator — ensuring smooth communication, disciplined execution, and consistency across all project streams. 

The position is coordination-driven, with full lifecycle involvement and direct reporting to the top management. 

Coordinate the full project lifecycle from early planning through design, construction, and pre-opening 

Align internal functions (procurement, permitting, finance) with external stakeholders (designers, contractors, quality assurance, operator) 

Structure and track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across all project streams 

Coordinate with the appointed operator on scope alignment, design inputs, and pre-opening requirements 

Consolidate inputs and feedback from all stakeholders into clear, actionable outputs 

Maintain structured documentation, reporting, and tracking tools across the project 

Identify risks, delays, and misalignments early, and escalate in a timely manner 

Follow up rigorously to ensure execution discipline and adherence to agreed timelines 

Support coordination across multiple project locations if required 

5–7 years of experience in project management, coordination, or operations 

Background in construction, architecture, engineering, or complex project environments is preferred 

Strong ability to structure complex processes into clear plans and deliverables 

Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders simultaneously 

High level of organization, discipline, and attention to detail 

Strong communication and follow-up skills 

Comfortable working with timelines, trackers, and structured documentation 

Fluent in English and Armenian (Russian is a plus) 

Experience with international consultants or structured project environments is an advantage
